This directory contains the most basic C+- classes, most of which
are templates which in part are strongly related to the content of 
the STL (standard template library, which became part of C++).

Notice that the files with names ending in 'wrc.h' (where 'wrc'
stands for 'with reference comments') contain important information
concerning control of compilation.
