Mentioning this directory as one of the include directories allows to 
compile the sources of cpm0 without having available the context of a 
project. Normally it is only in the context of a project that the files 
cpmdefinitions.h, cpmsystemdependencies.h, cpmdimdef.h, cpmconfig.ini
come in.
